Vimreloxpholea provides professional landscape design services, including design concepts, spatial planning, material selection, and planting design. These are professional services delivered through consultation and design documentation.
2. Consultation Services
Initial consultations are provided to discuss project requirements, site conditions, and design approach. Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been conducted.
If you need to reschedule a consultation, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to additional fees.
3. Design Services
Design services are provided according to written agreements that specify project scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees. All design work is custom and created specifically for your project.
Once design work has commenced and deliverables have been provided, fees are non-refundable. Design documentation and concepts are intellectual property and cannot be returned.
4. Revisions and Modifications
Design revisions and modifications are subject to the terms of your specific design agreement. Standard agreements typically include a specified number of revision rounds within the project scope.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees, which will be discussed and agreed upon before work commences.
5. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel a project before design work has commenced, you may be eligible for a partial refund of fees paid, less any consultation or preliminary work already completed.
Once design work has commenced, cancellation is subject to the terms of your specific agreement. Fees for work already completed are non-refundable.

If you have concerns about our services, please contact us immediately to discuss the matter. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and professionally.
Disputes will be handled in accordance with Australian consumer law and the terms of your specific service agreement.
7. Refund Process
If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it within 14 business days of receiving your cancellation request and confirming eligibility. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. We will notify you once the refund has been processed.
8. Intellectual Property
All design concepts, drawings, specifications, and other materials created as part of our services remain the intellectual property of Vimreloxpholea unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Upon cancellation, clients may retain copies of design materials for reference purposes, but may not use them for construction or other purposes without written authorization.
